Painting walls, basic filling of walls and glossing wood work

Paint walls and ceilings: (1 front room, small entry hallway room, medium conservatory, landing area, one medium bedroom, mainly ceiling in bathroom as most of the room is tiled and ceiling in kitchen - I think it needs to be stain blocked..?) Gloss woodwork: Door frames, skirting boards and banisters. Basic filling of small holes in the wall (mainly from hanging picture frames etc) Bathroom : Re-silicone bath and clean away and possibly treat small mould problem on ceiling. I also have a garden fence that needs to be repaired. I reckon it would need 7posts and 6 panels to fix. House is in very good condition, the place just needs to be freshened up as I am a Landlord who is looking for new tenants so I need a good price and need the work to be done as quickly as possible. I don't think it would take too long. 2-3 days max.
