pampas grass removal (stump/root)

I need someone to remove a pampas grass from my front lawn. I've cut back all the foliage and stalks and am left with a stump of compacted stalks and of course the root. Looking for someone with the tools and knowhow to exert some brute force to pull the whole thing up.
