Part of the floor in the bathroom has sunken due to a previous water leak. The toilet and the floor covering will need to be removed. The damaged area of the floor will need replacing approx 3ft x 3ft, a new floor covering put on and then the toilet put back in place. This would be carried out under the insurance cover for the property so a written quote would be required.
