Part of Hallway wall to be skimmed

Lower part of one communal hallway wall to be skimmed. Wall has been rendered from floor to dado rail and now requires skimming. Area to be plastered is 6m long to a height of 1m (6 square meter area in total). Parking permit will be provided if needed. Work to be carried out if possible on morning of either Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th or Friday 13th January. Any questions please ask. Thanks
