Part P registered electrician to check designs and sign off wiring for new lighting and kitchen

In a first floor flat with good existing wiring I need to put in circuits to support new lighting, and wiring for a new kitchen (although shouldn't need a cooker point as only having an electric oven, not hob). I would also like to move the fuse board, but only to the other side of the wall it's already on. The flat is at an early (first fix) stage of a complete renovation. The ceilings are down, the internal walls are bare studwork and I can lift any floorboards you require, so access is easy. This should make inspection a lot easier. I can pay cash but do need the Building Regs Part P sign off. I should have the designs ready in the next couple of weeks and would like to complete the work in the next month or so.
