Partial loft conversion - dormers, stairs and flooring

I am planning to do a loft conversion and have begun by getting plans submitted. To keep the budget low, I shall be doing the plumbing, electrics and interior myself but require someone to supply/fit as necessary - 2 small dormers (1 metre square) - straight staircase (provided by myself) - floor strengthening beams/boards as required.(boards provided by myself) The floorspace in the loft will be 7 metres by 8 and the roof has truss style modern rafters that will need modifying although I can do this myself depending on the cost of the quote.
