Job comprises a new patio over concrete hardstanding and old concrete 2x2 patio area, old slabs will be removed by customer. Contractor will need to level old patio area (depth of old slabs) so it is flush with concrete hardstanding and also clear and level a small grass area which abuts concrete hardstanding to form a large patio area. Once prepared, patio area to be paved with sandstone paving flags to be supplied by customer (3 sizes - 70sqm in total). One raised paved step to be created to back door entrance to house. Top soil and sand will need to form part of quote. Skip will be supplied by customer. Entire area of job is approx 70sqm. Customer requires a number of additional jobs to be carried out over summer, in particular on garden outbuildings, successful contractor is likely to secure these as customer eager to have a single point of contact for such jobs.
