patio cleaning/container design

I have an off-road patio/driveway, approx 40x12 feet which needs cleaning of moss/weeds etc. I'd also like some cotainers designed and installed - 3 window boxex; 1 or 2 hanging baskets and possibly some free-standing containers plus some wall ivy trimmed back. The property is near charing cross. The budget below is guesswork and negotiable.
