Pine floor sanding, gap filling, hardwaxing

Hi there, I have two bedrooms that need sanding, gapfilling (on a couple of instances the gaps are over 5mm and would need a sliver of similar pinewood), and the required number of layers of hardwax. I do not have the hardwax/reclaimed wood. The corridor currently has laminate flooring that would need lifting (it's probably 5m x1m), and I would expect the wood underneath to be the same as what is in the bedrooms (potential need for replacing one or two boards there, though this will only become apparent after the lifting). The corridor leads to both bedrooms and should receive the same work. I do not know what the colour of the sanded pine would look like, and would appreciate an estimate of how much it would cost to add a layer of colouring. The entire surface is of approximately 35 meters square. If it is helpful to come and have a look, please do let me know.
