I have a moved into my house and the walls are in a bad state, i have taken the dado rail off the wall. I would like the walls plastered (skimmed) to allow me to paint over them and to wall paper 1 wall. My house is in telford Dimensions in cm 2 x 230 x 330 2 x 230 x 250 When - whenever suits i work weekdays but not weekends so weekdays is best
