ceiling of through lounge needs drylining and skimming - previous tradesman just skimmed over old Artex ceilings, some of which just fell off six months later! approx dimensions = 3.5m x 7m There are also just a few patch repairs throughtout the lounge (around new fireplace, light switch and around window frames) that will need to be carried out
