Plaster kitchen and tile 3-4 sq. m above work top

I have a new fitted kitchen (small galley style). The old tiles have been removed and the walls need to be skimmed. There's about 3-4m sq of tiling to go above the worktops. I also have a wall that needs to be plastered (but not tiled). I have a curved extractor fan and would like the tiles to follow the line of the fan. I will provide materials.
