Plaster kitchen and tile 3 sq. m above work top

I have a fairly large kitchen who's walls need to be skimmed prior to decorating. I also have approx 3m sq of tiling to go above the worktops. We have just removed the wallpaper from the kitchen walls and I want to paint directly on to them. The flat is a tradional tenement. I need my kitchen walls skimmed, some damaged plaster removed and repaired where it has degraded, and then the tiling done. We already have tiles, they are 10cmx10cm, and made of glass. They are of different shades and I would like them arranged in a random pattern. Kitchen units are in situ and would need to be worked around. There are two plug sockets in place where the tiling is to go, and these need to be retained. The room is an 'L' shape. dimensions 4.5m x 3m along the longest walls, x approx 3m high
