Require skim of kitchen/dinner Ceiling height 2.4m Working Clockwise: 2.6m wall internal corner to, 5.9m total length wall with 2.6m opening to another room no doors (3 metal edge strips required for opening), 2.9m run with kitchen base cabinets and 1.2 x 1.2 window above run of cabinets (plastering required from ceiling to top of work surface 3 metal edge strips for window). Internal corner to, 2.3m wall with 1.5m run of kitchen base cabinets and standard door (2 metal edge strips as door buts up to next wall), internal corner to 1.4m wall with door into larder, external corner to 1m wall (1 edge strip) to internal corner to 1.2m wall with door from hall (door up against wall) to internal corner to 0.8m wall external corner (1 edge strip) to 3.3m wall with double doors into lounge (framed no edge strips needed) All wallpaper removed to reveal painted plaster below, wall with double doors into lounge had new skim underneath paper but prefer this is redone to match rest of room All skirting has been removed, ceiling requires plastering 1 standard ceiling rose and 4 spots.
