Plaster Kitchen & Tile/Paper Walls

I have an approx 12ftx12ft kitchen with quite high ceilings and the walls need skimming then half tiling and the rest wallpapering. Also the ceiling of the kitchen needs a new piece of approx 6x4 plasterboard fitting in an area where there was water damage previously. I am considering a drop ceiling also and new laminate but this could be added at a later date, just the jobs above is required so far.
