Skim over plastering required for 3 rooms in my flat. The walls have been stripped and the ceiling is boarded ready for plastering. The room details are below. The walls are in sound condition and the electrician has bonded up all the chases in the walls so it's ready to go. Living Room- medium size room total square meter inc ceiling is 45-50. Standard room with two doorways a fireplace and french doors to the garden. Bedroom- medium size room total square meter inc ceiling is 30-33. Onedoorway and one window. Hall- small L shape hallway total room size 18 meter square. again ceiling has been boarded. I have 4 bags of finish that my friend had left over from their extension, these can be used as required. Please take this into account that these will be available. My proposed price is a guide, all sensible quotes considered. Need to start ASAP.
