Plaster/Skim Hall, Stairs and Landing + one ceiling (upstairs)

1930s house, remove wallpaper on walls (H/S/L). (I will, hopefully get most of it off but won't be able to reach the highest point on the stairs), some of the plaster has blown on the stairs wall and needs removing/redoing (approx 20%), the rest to be skimmed + small section on wall in hall where there used to be a door, needs skimming. Start date: w/c 30 January or any time therafter.
