This is a VAT job as the landlord will be paying for the work. The flat has just been rewired and we now need a plasterer to tidy up. There is a fair amount of work to be done. If you are also able to fix a few tiles that were broken in the process that would be great too. big hole in the hallway wall, crack in hallway ceiling, all sockets and light switches and ceiling lights need to be plastered. Ceiling rose needs replaced in the living room. Big hole in bathroom wall. The landlord is a good payer and I will give the contact details of him to you if you could coma up and start the work as soon as possible as we have been waiting since December to get this fixed. I don't know what the budget would be so price is totally flexible.
