old plaster need taken down replace with new one,old celling need replacing adding spotlights,renewing window sill,under the bay window old plaster has collapsed needs replacing,old door in living room needs a new one adding 3 lever lock,skirting boards are broken some of it needs replacing,having the whole room plastered,my living room is not that big, i am sorry i do not know the measurements.
