Kitchen: wall tile area = 4m2 + 15%, tiles needed = 4.6m2. Removal of all tiles, kitchen units, and any blown plaster full plaster re-skim to kitchen inc ceiling and all walls down to cupboard level. Wall tiling, grouting, siliconing and cleaning of agreed areas. Instillation of plywood and cushioned lion to floor areas. Finishing joinery inc. boxing in, skirting boards. Bathroom: Wall tile are = 7.66m2 +15%, tiles needed 8.8m2. Removal of the bathroom suite, tiles, and any blown plaster from the bathroom. Strengthening of partition frame 200mm thick at top of bath. Installation of James Hardie tile backerboard onto partition frame. Straightening of all areas to be tiled. Full plaster re-skim of bathroom including ceiling. Dressing of bathroom suite (inc bath, basin, radiator and toilet) with taps, wastes and fittings. Installation of bath and timber frame to support bath panel. Wall tiling, grouting, siliconing, and cleaning of agreed areas. Instilation of plywood and cushioned lino to floor areas.
