Plastering/skirting/door/flooring replacement to Living room, stairway, landing and main bedroom.

Living/Dining Room 1. Bond and Skiim Coat to walls Total Area of 63m² 2. Bond and Skim Coat To Ceilings Total Area of 28m² 3. Fit 2nr new light fittings to ceiling, light fittings supplied by customer. 4. Remove old 5 inch coving 24m total length 5. Fit new 5 inch coving 24m total length. 6. Fit to ceiling mounted smoke alarm supplied by customer. 7. Supply and Fit new 170mm OGEE skirting 24m total length 8. Supply and Fit new 75mm OGEE Architrave to 2nr doors total length 10m 9. Remove old door furniture and fit new supplied by customer. 10. Remove exisiting double Radiator 1600 x 600 to allow for skim coat to wall behind and refit on completion. 11. Supply and Fit new 1200 x 600 double Radiator, pipe work is under floor but will need connecting up with approx 3m of additional pipework and fiitings. 12. Fit new laminate or Hardwood flooring supplied by customer total area of 28m² 13. All old skirting, architrave, light fittings, carpet, wallpaper will be reomved by customer prior to anywork starting. Staircase Area 1. Bond and Skim Coat To Walls Total Area of 22m² 2. Bond and Skim Coat To Ceilings Total Area of 2m² 3. Remove old Staircase Handrail 3.34m Long and supply and fit new hardwood handrail, style to be agreed. 4. Supply and Fit new 170mm OGEE skirting 1.5m total length 5. All old skirting, architrave, light fittings, carpet, wallpaper will be reomved by customer prior to anywork starting. First Floor Landing Area 1. Bond and Skim Coat To Walls Total Area of 19m² 2. Overboard ceiling and apply skim coat Total Area of 7m² 3. Fit new ceiling spotlights supplied by customer 4 nr these are to replace the existing 4nr spotlights. 4. Fit new smoke alarm supplied by customer, this is to replace an existing mains operated one. 5. Remove and refit alarm sensor after plastering works. 6. Supply and Fit new 170mm OGEE skirting 7m total length 7. Supply and Fit new 75mm OGEE Architrave to 4nr doors total length 17.5m 8. Move Exisiting Central Heating Thermostat from landing to living/dining room. 9.Fit 3nr new 6 panel pre-finished doors sizes are 1.96m x 0.755m, 1.955m x 0.68m and 1.975m x 0.765m 10. Fit new door furniture supplied by customer. 11. All old skirting, architrave, light fittings, carpet, wallpaper will be removed by customer prior to anywork starting. Main Bedroom. 1. Bond and Skim Coat To Walls Total Area of 31m² 2. Overboard ceiling and apply skim coat Total Area of 10m² 3. Supply and Fit new 170mm OGEE skirting 12m total length 4. Supply and Fit new 75mm OGEE Architrave to 1nr door total length 3m 5. Supply and Fit new 6 Panel Pre-Finished Door 1.94m x 0.755m 6. Fit new door furniture supplied by customer. 7. Take off existing radiator 1200 x 600 and replace with new double radiator of the same size once plastering has been completed. 8. All old skirting, architrave, light fittings, carpet, wallpaper will be removed by customer prior to anywork starting. Bathroom 1. Remove old 1200 x 500 towel rail and replace with new towel rail supplied by customer of the same size. 2. Fit new bath side panel approx length 1.68m supplied by customer. 3. Fit bath end panel approx length 0.69m supplied by customer. 4, Remove old over bath shower screen and fit new over bath shower screen supplied by customer. Work to be carried out within the next 3 months, i can also supply photos and any other info if needed.
