Plumb a utility room

We are soon having our kitchen fitted and we have a seperate utility room which is not being worked on, what we do need however is a cold water inlet and a waste pipe for our washing machine. Currently the utility has no services but will soon be installed with electrics. We need someone to install said water source and waste pipe, the utility room is adjacent to the kitchen which does have a source/outlet but will be used for the soon to be installed dishwasher. We need this doing asap.
