Hi, need a loo sorted: water is coming out of the pipe where it goes into the toilet, and also the at the back where the waste goes. Toilet was knocked by kids mucking around and needs to be re fixed to the ground and new loo seat fitted (I have it here). Also would like waste disposal fitted to kitchen sink. There is a suitable double socket that only the dish washer is connected to.
