Plumber needed to address drainage smell in bathroom
The property is on Sandyford Road in Newcastle. There is a waste smell coming from the soil stack in the bathroom that has been present on and off since I moved into the property. Don't know too much about plumbing but have been told that it may possibly be a New Durgo valve that is required? Soil stack is completely tiled except for a plastic vent at the bottom.
Can you please give me an indication on the cost of such a job plus timescale and also if you work weekends?
