PLUMBER & TILER TO FIT DOWNSTAIRS WC

We have been let down by SC Construction. I have had a very bad experience and need a reliable and honest plumber. My ex plumber has been paid fully for the whole job which was TO re FIT a bathroom, ensuite and downstairs WC. But he has left the work not completed and now my downstairs WC needs fittitng. He has left me in my home without a working toilet! The room that needs fitting is approx 1m x 2m sq. Everything has been taken out - just toilet and sink needs fitting. Also tiling needs to be done on walls and floor. Expereince is vital as is honesty. The upstairs rooms need slight adjustments -e.g wrong taps on sink - needs switching over and also some grouting needs to be done on en suite floor. It has to be a professional person who will not let me down like SC Construction.
