We have an electric shower that has stopped warming the water, we have checked the fuse and its ok, expect it could be the motor but would like an expert opinion.
There is a leak underneath the kitchen sink, have identified where its coming from but not sure of the cause.
Also, toilet in bathroom takes a long time to refill the system after a flush. Also the sound of running water in the drianpipe outside the front door seems to be constant even though there is no water running in the house
