Plumbing Maintenance Jobs
I require a number of relatively minor maintenance tasks carrying out.
1. Replace kitchen sink mixer tap. (I have the new one)
Existing installation has in-line valves.
2. Repair toilet flush.
The flush handle does not return when flushed.
I believe this may be a faulty siphon.
I would need the contractor to supply and replace
as necessary.
3. Supply and replace tap washers to the bath mixer tap
and basin taps.
