Powerflush Central Heating Service Boiler

Hello, My boiler has just been serviced and turner out to be full of black sludge. My heating engineer recommends a power flush but doesn't do it himself. Can you help please. There are thirteen rads, one in the loft, one in the cellar and the remainder over the ground and first floors. Also, my boiler serves an unvented indirect hot water cyldinder, the ariston Wrc NSF which is leaking. I'd like advice on repair options and costs please.
