Proposed Extension to Side of Property and Construction of New Drive

In order to satisfy the planning consent requirement work must begin on site before 08 June 2010. Please do not quote unless you know you are available to begin work before the 08th June 2010 without intermediate interruption. The work consists of: a) The good and timely construction of the proposed extension, including roof structure and internal finishes, to the side of an existing bungalow property in accordance with permissions granted by the planning authority and building control authority. b) The good and timely construction of a new driveway leading to the existing bungalow property in accordance with permissions granted by the planning authority and building control authority. c) Liaison, where necessary, with our appointed architect. Taking into account the existing premises we expect the successful applicant to complete works within a reasonable time period following commencement of the works. Your quotation should give an estimatation of the time required to complete the works. Plans of the project are available. We have not specified a budget for this project and will rely on the applicants estimation of cost as one source information in this respect.
