Pruning, weeding & tidying tiny garden.

Small garden approx 4x8m needs a day's tlc after 2yrs being fairly neglected (tenants were not gardeners :). Mainly needs: Wisteria clipping ready for spring 3-4 rose bushes pruning pampas grass cutting back weeding flower beds & trimming laurel bush & cyanathus in hedge.
