Put up 2 light fittings in the front room of our flat

Hi! We need 2 light fittings putting up in our front room. We live in Bethnal Green London, Zone 2. We tried to change one light fitting ourselves but now neither light switches on. We also have spotlights in the kitchen and one of them dims in and out by itself if there is a chance that you could quote to fix that sepeartely? We would love for you to come this Friday 15th October or Saturday Morning 16th of October. Or any weekend or Monday in Novemeber.
