London: re-arrange back garden (ended)

re-arrange back garden

We have a Victorian house in Tottenham, London which comes with a long garden (appx. W=5m x L=11m). We have 2 wooden decks in garden , one by end of house (outside kitchen) and another at very end of garden, which is often home to foxes. I would like to have a low maintenance garden and possibly have deck removed at end of garden. Would not object to have stone slabs instead of decks The garden needs to be levelled slightly. I basically don't need anything fancy, just need the garden to look flat and simple. Mixture of grass and pebbles would be great. My main concern is to avoid any animal fouling (foxes and cats). Budget below is just an estimate. Note picture attached is about 3 years old and is only to give an idea of what it is like.
