Re-configure kitchen plumbing

Pipes to radiator, washing machine and sink are taking up a lot of space as new pipes (e.g. when central heating was replaced) seem to have been installed over the top of old ones. Would like them reconfigured to take up less space. Refurbishing whole kitchen is dependant on this streamlining being possible, so need a quote asap.
