Re-fit bathroom & toilet

We are thinking of re-designing and re-fitting the whole bathroom and the toilet (2 separate rooms. The hot water cylinder is situated in the airing cupboard in the bathroom. Although he cold water tank is in the attic, the pressure is not good, and thinking of having either a mega flow system (which is the first option), an electric pump or an electric shower installed. Would prefer to move the hot water tank up to the attic. The boiler is about 3 years old.
