Re-locate exterior door and brick up the hole.

I need my back door moving. (I want to put it back where it originally was) This will involve knocking out a new opening, fitting the door & frame, bricking up the old opening and re-plastering. Some kitchen cupboards are in the way & will need to be taken out. There is also a double power socket in the way that will need moving. (I want to use the original UPVC double glazed door as it is fairly new) Thanks
