total re-roof of three bed semi slate roof. aprox 8mtr by 5 mtr both sides requires new felt needs 2 rotten 6x3 roof spars renewing top of chimney needs to be removed to below roof level new ridge tiles required plus few slates missing access to the property is excellant and all other joists and beams are in good condition needs doing early next year please so need quotes in order to arrange funds can take pictures of the roof if needed inside and out . thank you.
