Rear double story Extension 3m x 6m aprox

Looking for a rough idea on costs of a rear double story extension 3m x 6m (approx)on end of terrace house. This would create a dining room to the rear and extend the two rear bedrooms. Boiler would also need to be relocated to the new outside wall and may consider putting a shower room in the larger bedroom. Just need a guide at the moment so I can work out how much I would need to save.
