Rear wooden gutter replacement and rear roof slate replacement/ridge tile re/bedding and pointing

This is a job for an end terraced house and also the house next door. Currently, there is one downpipe between 4 houses. The rear wooden gutter has collapsed in respect of the end terrace and in need of replacement, also slates are missing to rear roof, some of which are to be put under ridge tiles, which also need re/bedding and pointing. Both houses will be wanting you to replace the existing wooden gutter with a new pvc black to match existing and for you to fit/supply a new down pipe to be shared by both houses and the end terrace will require replacement of the missing slates and for the ridge tiles to be re/bed and pointed.
