Paint and decorate entrance hallway, staircase, banisters and upstairs hallway (white matt emulsion), inc woodwork/doorframes (white gloss). Remove varnish and repaint porch woodwork (white gloss). Lay new tiles on porch step (black external quality floor tiles). Also - paint small internal woodwork (white gloss).
