Item 1:
Wash down dark patch to corner of ceiling. Seal all stains with OIL BASED undercoat (2 coats). Minor filling in corner to coving.
If artex loose in corner allow to scrape off and patch repair. This particular stipple finish is not hard to match. Then 2 coats emulsion.
Item 2:
Cut off hanging joint tape. Scrape off any loose artex and blistered paint to wall. Seal all stains. Fill and patch repair as before. Remembering to put new joint tape on ceiling board. This will avoid cracks appearing at a later date. Then 2 coats emulsion.
Item 3:
Work as before.
