Refurbish bathroom for sale of house

We are looking to refurbish our downstairs bathroom in our property in Ruddington. It has a separate toilet room requiring the following: -new 3-piece suite including mix tap shower fitting -re-tiling over existing tiles - approx 18m² -replacing radiators with towel rails This job is required for the sale of the house. Given that it is a downstairs bathroom, we do not wish to invest a significant amount of cash as any vendee may wish to move the bathroom upstairs. We would like to have this job completed as soon as possible in order to get the property on the market.
