Refurbish & fix leaky bathroom

Recently moved house and need two bathrooms refurbishing Location: Staplehill Bristol Main bathroom - Tiles around the bath need replacing and a frame needs building for the bath to sit in so that it won't move in the future Ensuite - Tile the floor area(roughly 2m squared), tile the shower cubical area and fit a new shower cubical (760mm by 760mm base area) Both bathrooms had leaks when first moving in, this appears to be down to poor seals and grouting, some of which i have sealed over. Shouldnt be anything else but not totally sure The tiles and shower screen are already purchased and waiting at the property Dates that I would like the work to be carried out (although i'm flexible for this)- 22/02/2011-24/02/2011 or 26/02/2011-27/02/2011
