regrout in bathroom and tiling

i have a small amount of white tiling in my bathroom app 1.5m height by app 2m wide. there is a border running the width of the tiling. i want the border removing and a new one putting in. plus i want all the grout of the whole tiling regrouting and resealing around the bath and taps. also i would like to put a new vinyl floor put in and sealed all around the edge of the bathroom. the bathrrom is around 1.5m sq.
