regular bi-weekly gardener for easy maintenance

looking for a gardener- or simply someone with a " green finger" who is reliable and has his own tools and transport. This is a permanent job, every 2 weeks, 5 hours, to cut the grass, trim the shrubs, take away leaves. No landscaping required, just simple maintenance. It is necessary for you to have your own tools (like lawn mower etc) and transport to take away any cuttings at the end of the job. There is a good chance that the hours can be extended and it leads to further jobs in the neighbourhood. location: Upper Norwood/Crystal Palace/Streatham area. reliable and attention to detail are the key words. Please only respond if you are able to give an hourly rate rather than the likes who want to see a job and then decide, as it is simple maintenance of a well looked after communal area and private garden and there is a limited budget available for this every fortnight. Whatever does not get done this week, simply will be scheduled for the next time, rather than doing the whole area in one hit.
