The shower tray in our bathroom was built into the floor, so that there is no step up into the shower. Unfortunately because the draining angle is so shallow it means if it is overused then it starts leaking.
We'd like the whole shower taken out, raised by several centimetres, and reinstalled. It is the doors and tray that need moving, the walls are fully tiled and the shower itself does not need to move.
(Also like to include in this a cost for fixing our ensuite toilet - cistern doesn't stop filling even when it is full)
