A radiator in our house has 14meters of piping going up and down the wall and through the roof. The heat is lost and the radiator remains cold. The piping can easily be reduced to about six meters.
The job is to alter the set up so the pipes run underground, directly to the radiator.
After you visit and see the job, I will dig the channel under the floor and prepare the area, so you only have to connect and solder the pipes and balance the system.
You can keep all the extra (fairly new) copper pipe to be recycled.
