Hi, Please consider giving us a quote for household removals of a 3 bed detached house on the 3/9/2010 from Meare in somerset to East Ogwell near Newton abbott in Devon. The items would all fit into a fair size 7.5 tonne truck but would not fit in a luton transit. It consists of all the typical household items the heaviest being a washing machine, dishwasher, medium sized bookcase, sofabed,sofa with two arm chairs, a couple of tables, coffee table and a couple of medium sized chest of drawers.We also have a patio table with chairs, and various tools and bits and pieces in the garage which can be loaded as they are along with about 25 plant pots. We will have done all the packing into manageble labelled boxes (approx 40) or bagged well and labelled, we will also dismantle anything that can be prior to the move and will not require help with any assembling. There is parking directly outside for both properties. The distance from door to door is approx 73 miles, 9/10's of which is motorway or A road. I am interested in a qoute for either someone with a 7.5 tonne truck or bigger who is capable to move the items in one day with my help (we only moved here about a year ago and i moved the stuff in a day with my father in law comfortably with a 3.5 luton transit van but it took two trips) or two people who can carry out the removal with less help from myself. We will do the best we can to make your job as easy as possible and make plenty of tea. Thanks for looking Stuart & Amy
