Removal man with a van to help move from Bristol to Birmingham on 1/8/11

I am moving from Bristol to Birmingham and would like to hire a man (or two!) with a van to move my belongings. I have a one bedrooms flat (ground floor, with 5 steps up to front door, and a drive) and will be moving into a house with no stairs at the entrance. I have: 1 sofa 1 double bed (+ extra mattress, both double) very small dining table and 2 chairs 1 armchair large chest of drawers desk 3 sets of shelves numerous boxes, some with books and therefore quite heavy 2 tvs coffee table 3 wooden chests 2 large pictures, one of which is glass and quite large and which I am keen to get there in one piece!
