Removal needed to move contents of 2 bedroom flat in St Margarets into storage in Horsham.

We need to hire someone with a van to help us move the contents of our flat into storage. We live in a third floor flat in St Margarets (Twickenham), and the storage place is in Horsham (Surrey). There is no lift available. We need help carrying the boxes downstairs, and also unloading them at the storage place. We may also need to drop a plant off on the way. We don't have a huge amount of stuff - no wardrobes or white goods, but there are two beds, a dining table and sofa, plus other small furniture items and boxes.
