Remove a tiled fireplace surround and hearth

Have moved in to a new hours with a large 1940's tiled fire place, the gas living flame fire is fine but the surround and hearth is huge would like to replace with a smaller surround to free up more floor space. Would like a quote for removing the work and making good the chimney breast
